Why we exist

Natura Austral grew from a simple conviction: the greatest luxury of southern Chile is its nature. Clean air, silence, living forest and a home in tune with its surroundings.

That's why we work with a focus on the land itself. We select properties for their conservation value, rate them on clear criteria and guide projects that bring together conservation, architecture and landscape.

A team that works with the land

Founder
Pamela Charad Cassis

Real estate broker who founded Charad Propiedades in Santiago 35 years ago. A specialist in the La Reina district, where many know her as “the Queen of La Reina”. Her experience shows in the simple things: she listens well, observes carefully and understands what a property offers beyond its square meters. She is moved by everyday life: the vegetable garden, the home, a life well lived.
Architect and builder
Rodolfo Teuber

Independent architect and builder with a long track record. He brings technical judgment to assess and design: siting, materials, efficiency and building feasibility. He cares that design speaks to the land and that construction stays consistent at every stage. When he's not on site, he's usually in the mountains.
Audiovisual communicator
Claudio Campistó Jáuregui

Advertising professional with international experience, now devoted to audiovisual communication. A musician and photographer, he combines aesthetic sensibility with a sense for editing and storytelling. He turns each place into honest images and looks after the tone and visual coherence of Natura Austral.
Web and digital communication
Darshan (Nicolás Maza)

Founder of Agni Yoga in Pucón, with 20 years of experience, and in charge of web projects for organizations in southern Chile. At Natura Austral he runs the website and social media, so that each place is told clearly and reaches the right people.
